  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return it following our return process and place a new order.
